1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Suntec AI LLC (“Suntec AI,” “we,” “us”). By using suntecai.com, or our demo line, chat or voice demos (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a firm or other organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. We are not a law firm
Suntec AI is a technology and services company. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and nothing on the Site, in our demo, or in our free resources is legal advice. Using the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship with us or with anyone else. Content about ethics rules, recording consent or other legal topics is general information; consult a qualified attorney about your specific situation and your jurisdiction’s rules.
3. Services for law firms
Our AI intake and receptionist services are provided to clients under a separate written order form or services agreement (“Client Agreement”). If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement controls. Prices shown on the Site are starting prices in US dollars for information only and are not an offer; final pricing, scope, volumes and terms are set in the Client Agreement. We do not guarantee any particular results, such as a number of calls answered, consultations booked or cases signed.
Each client firm remains responsible for its own professional obligations, including supervising the service, approving intake scripts, complying with attorney-advertising, solicitation and confidentiality rules, and complying with call-recording, telemarketing and messaging laws that apply to it.
4. Demo
The demo answers as a fictional law firm and is provided for evaluation only. Don’t share real confidential or sensitive information in the demo. Demo conversations may be recorded, transcribed and reviewed (see our Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure). AI output can be inaccurate. The demo may change or become unavailable at any time.
5. Website content
Content on the Site (text, examples and demo scripts) is provided for information about our services, as is. You may not resell or republish it as your own. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement or order form.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site or demo for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or deceptive;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site, the demo or our systems;
- use automated means to place calls or send messages to the demo, or to scrape the Site, except search-engine indexing that follows robots.txt;
- attempt to extract our prompts, models or configurations, or use the demo to build a competing product; or
- submit someone else’s personal information without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, the Suntec AI name and logo, and software, are owned by Suntec AI LLC or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited rights in Section 5, these Terms don’t give you any rights in them.
8. Third-party services and trademarks
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as our scheduling tool. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase, Google Calendar, Cal.com, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, n8n and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe compatibility, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE, DEMO AND FREE RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR DEMO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNTEC AI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, DEMO OR FREE RESOURCES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THEM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suntec AI LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the Site or demo at any time.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms (with any Client Agreement) are the entire agreement about their subject matter.
